Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 weeks ( not including weekends or holidays) after you have received a confirmation email.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Shipping time will depend on what is selected at checkout when placing an order.  Shipping times selected will begin after your oder has been shpped, not after placing an order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to update.  You may also visit our website at rissamode.com and track your order there.  

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once your order is in the hands of the shipping carrier. Please double check email and shipping address before placing an order.  If an item is lost or stolen please file a claim immediately with the shipping carrier.
